Why the ₹590 Accreditation Fee Exists

We deliberately charge a ₹590 one-time accreditation fee (₹500 Base Accreditation + ₹90 18% GST). Our goal is never to profit from creators. We introduce this fee with a clear, uncompromising motto:

"We do not overcrowd our creator network with inactive, casual, or non-functional accounts. We only onboard serious creators who genuinely want to work honestly, respect local businesses, and build a sustainable career."

Zero Upfront Risk: Applying is completely free. You only pay this fee after an authorized partner kitchen reviews your profile and grants official digital consent to collaborate.

Reach 100 completed customer orders using your personal 8-character coupon on Bhoji, and your full ₹500 base fee is returned directly to your UPI.

Strict Limited Numbers of Creators Allowed per District

To protect our creators from audience fatigue and ensure partner kitchens provide undivided attention and shoot support, RurbanMate strictly limits the number of accredited creators per district (pilot target: 10–20 selective creators in Balasore). Quality, consistency, and professional integrity take precedence over massive numbers.

The DO's

What an accredited creator is allowed & encouraged to do
  • Promote Authentic Kitchen Specialties: Feature signature dishes, culinary preparation, kitchen cleanliness, and regional flavors of your partner kitchens.
  • Utilize Your Agreed Food Coupon: Use your dedicated food coupon provided by the kitchen on agreed content shoot days for genuine menu tastings and video shoots.
  • Display Your 8-Character Coupon Code: Promote your custom coupon transparently across reels, captions, bio links, and stories so your audience receives kitchen-set customer discounts.
  • Honor the Content Schedule: Deliver 4 original, high-quality pieces of content per month on your designated publishing day as defined in your digital agreement.
  • Use the Mobile Digital Dining Pass with Dignity: Present your official QR dining pass before bill generation on personal dining visits at participating partner restaurants.
  • Direct Constructive Feedback Privately: If you experience packaging or food preparation issues, report them confidentially to kitchen management or the RurbanMate coordinator for resolution.

The DON'TS

Strict violations resulting in permanent platform termination
  • NEVER Go Against Any Kitchen of Bhoji: Creators CANNOT publish defamatory reels, staged negative reviews, public smear campaigns, or derogatory statements against ANY Bhoji partner kitchen under any circumstance.
  • Permanent Blacklisting Across ALL RurbanMate Brands: If a creator goes against any Bhoji kitchen, their Creator ID will be withheld and terminated immediately. The blacklisting applies not just to Bhoji, but to ALL affiliated brands of RurbanMate Private Limited (RiderMan, YourTax, EdFlow, AssetsFile, RurbanCare, RurbanTalks).
  • NO Extortion or Unreasonable Demands: Demanding free meals outside agreed food coupons, demanding cash kickbacks, or threatening negative publicity is strictly criminal and reported.
  • NO Coupon Abuse or Self-Ordering Schemes: Placing fake, circular, or unverified orders to artificially inflate commission counts leads to instant forfeiture of all accrued dues.
  • NO Barter Under the Table: All customer discounts, commissions, and food benefits must flow strictly through the transparent RurbanMate agreement room.
